All sales are final and subjected to terms and conditions stated here. These products have been manufactured and sold pursuant to the laws and relevant regulations of Japan and based upon societal attitudes towards toy guns, etc. in Japan. No warranty is provided that these products comply with the laws and regulations of any other countries. Buyer accepts full responsibility for the importation and use of these products. Buyer accepts responsibility for using the products according to the safety recommendations of vietnamwar-guns.com, manufacturer's documentation and customer's local and federal government laws. vietnamwar-guns.com will not compensate any damages and you agree not to claim any damages from vietnamwar-guns.com or its subsidiaries, affiliates and partners under any circumstances.

Liabilities

Buyer is responsible for use of product and all importation, custom duty, tax and legal matters.

Product Service & Warranty Policy

Due to distance involved to various countries vietnamwar-guns.com is unable to provide full service, return or warranty policy for any of the products sold. We do realize customers need for after service, therefore we have Product Service & Warranty Policy that covers the following.

• After service, when circumstances allow us, in form of email support and spare part sales.
• If any BRAND NEW product is clearly defective due MANUFACTURING ERROR or MECHANISM MATERIAL FAILURE we can consider product return for exchange or refund. RETURN AND/OR WARRANTY COVERAGE DOES NOT APPLY TO IMPROPER OPERATION OF OUR PRODUCTS (in other words error created by operator of the product) AS WELL AS COSMETIC OR RELATED DAMAGE (broken or lost external parts, etc.). Final judgment is reserved by vietnamwar-guns.com
• In case of goods damaged or lost during transit Japan Post insurance will cover your products full value. Damaged goods or lost goods during transit are extremely rare incidents. Japan Post insurance is applied to your shipment automatically.

What can void warranty policy:

• Merchandise, which is lacking parts, original documentation or packaging, will not be accepted for return.
• Merchandise that has been modified or opened/disassembled in anyway.
• Removing bright orange/red muzzle (concerns customers from USA and Italy only, items shipped to other countries have factory standard muzzle, typically black)

We do not cover the following:

• Vietnamwar-guns.com will not cover under any circumstances Returns, Exchanges, and/or any Warranty for any spring cocking airsofts and all types of used models. Please be fully aware of this when purchasing any of these products.
• Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
• Cost of sending the merchandise back to Vietnamwar-guns.com is not covered in the warranty and return policy.

Vietnamwar-guns.com reserves the right to make changes to Return and Warranty Policy without prior notice.

CHILDREN

Due to popularity of airsoft guns among underage population it is important for parents to realize responsibility for purchasing airsoft guns for children. vietnamwar-guns.com does not sell products for purchase by children. However, some of the products may be children's products for purchase only by adults. Local regulations vary by city, region and country.
